Summary: For the price that we paid for the room it was very clean. Very nice huge TV. Everything was nice to look at look like everything was in good shape. The beds were comfortable. Didn’t use the swimming pool, but it was available. The staff were very nice. very complementary would recommend this stay.

Summary: Room was very musty and damp, just old and moldy. Triggered a asthma attack immediately - nearly left but had driven all day and we were very tired. Sheets, though clean, smelled musty. Room was clean but gave off bad odor of age and mold. Room was very cold - AC was set at 64. Room never warmed up. Not recommend for people with asthma or similar risk. Walls extremely thin, Kyle sure wanted a lot of beer at midnight. We would not stay again.

Summary: The property had no identifying signage visible from the road (meaning two tall steel sign holders were completely empty) AND there was no identifying signage on the motel's physical structure. The motel was decrepit, decaying, run down, and slovenly. The bathroom door in our room appeared to have been burned with some type of corrosive chemical. Except when we checked in, we never encountered a member of staff, at the front desk or anywhere else on the property. To add insult to injury, we were charged twice - once several weeks in advance and then once again at the property, and for two different amounts, for our 1 night stay. Other reviews suggest that such double charging happens quite frequently. The people who provided 10/10 reviews may have received 'incentives' (such as free or discounted overnight stays) for their inaccurate and unrealistic reviews.

Summary: The manager/owner of this place was a very nice man. You can tell he is putting a ton of work into the place to fix it up and update it. While I did see people working around the property, I wasn't bothered by any construction noise. This place is super clean, and the towels and linens smelled very fresh. The views from the backside of the property are beautiful and so is their small garden. I felt the value of my stay far exceeded what I paid. I was glad to stay there. Bonus: there was electric car charging on site.
